If you’re looking for a high protein way to enjoy the Super Bowl, look no further than these Individual High Protein 7-Layer Dips!  Recipe is “per tumbler”, so make as many as you need to feed your party!

**Enjoy with your favorite chips (not included in recipe). And, for a lower fat option, hold the olives, guacamole and swap a low-fat (or fat free) cheese.**

    • 93/7 Ground Turkey (56g cooked)
    • Rosarita non-fat Re-fried Beans (64g)
    • Fage non-fat Greek yogurt (56g)
    • Kraft Shredded Mexican 4 cheese (28g)
    • Wholly Guacamole (30g)
    • El Sol Medium Salsa (60g)
    • Black olives (15g)
    • McCormick Hot Taco Seasoning (2 tsp.)
    • Add All ingredients, layer by layer, in a 9oz Plastic Tumbler

      2. Cooked Ground Turkey (pre-mix with taco seasoning)
      3. Greek Yogurt
      4. Guacamole
      5. Salsa
      6. Shredded Cheese
      7. Olives (chopped)
