 Alisa came to us after being inspired by the changes that her sister had made on our program.  As she said on her consult; she was  already picking “healthier options, reading labels, and taking in less sugar”.  Yet, that had gotten her to a point that she wasn’t able to get past.  She was stuck.
Alisa had never paid much mind to the details of her nutrition.  She hadn’t tracked her calorie intake, weighed her portions using a food scale and didn’t actually know her daily macronutrient totals.  Once she combined her existing mindset of good food quality, with the proper macronutrient ratios and quantities… things changed!
Here’s what she had to say:
Hi, my name is Alisa. I am a wife, mama to my 2 year old son, and a full time Speech Language Pathologist. I decided to make a change in my health and fitness routine at the beginning of January and joined Copper State Fit! My sister had been working with Copper State Fit already and I was so inspired by her health changes that I decided I wanted that opportunity for myself.  I struggle to find balance between working full time and wanting to spend as much time with my little one as I can, so nutrition and exercises always came in second.
I found Copper State Fit to be the perfect balance, I could focus on my nutrition first and fit in my exercises when I could. If changed the way I look at portion size, nutritional value in macros, and choosing better food options. I really enjoyed the group messages and the tribe of people that were also changing their daily routine. I started following Copper State Fit on Instagram (@copperstatefit) as well other maco tracking and fitness accounts (@sabrina_copperstatefit, @jenn_copperstatefit) that would benefit my understanding of balancing macros for meals and snacks as well as flexible workout routines.
I’ve been using the Copper State Fit method for 6 months and have lost 25 pounds and 11% body-fat. I’m a healthier, happier, and more fit mama and better wife. It was the best thing I could have done and am happy to recommend them for your fitness journey too.
