  • 2 lbs Chicken Legs & Thighs (lean, boneless)  We purchased ours from Costco
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Avocado Oil *Olive oil can be substituted
  • 16 g Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 25 ml Coconut Aminos
  • 20 ml Lime juice
  • Lime Zest (optional)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 5 g Ginger Paste


  • Place chicken in a gallon ziploc bag and set aside
  • Place all other ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
  • Pour sauce into ziploc bag with chicken and seal. Massage bag with your hands to fully cover chicken in sauce
  • Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour but as long as 24 hours.
  • Cook on outdoor grill set to medium low heat for 4-6 minutes each side

15 g low fat mayo

15 g avocado

fresh cilantro leaves to taste

diced jalepenos to taste

onion powder to taste

lime juice to taste

Mixed all ingredients together to form a sauce
