Copying Meals & Favorites

One way to simplify meal planning is to identify a favorite full meal, or day of meals, that meets all of your nutrition targets, and replicate it on other days of the week. This can help you ensure that you’re meeting your nutritional goals without having to constantly come up with new meal ideas.

This can be done using our “copy meal” feature, which gives you the ability to copy meals from one day to another or even entire days, which can save you time and effort in planning out your meals for the week. This means that if you have a day when you ate a well-balanced meal that meets your nutrition targets, you can simply copy that meal to another day when you’re struggling to come up with ideas. This can be particularly helpful if you have a busy schedule or just don’t want to spend a lot of time thinking about what to eat.

Another helpful feature is the ability to save a meal that you particularly enjoy as a “favorite” and use it over and over again. This means that you don’t have to manually enter the same meal each time you eat it, and the exact serving sizes are already figured out. This saves you time and effort. And if you take a picture of the meal and give it a name, you can easily find it in your “Favorites” tab the next time you want to eat it.

Overall, these features can make meal planning and tracking more efficient and less time-consuming, allowing you to focus on other things in your busy life.
