I’m from Arizona, and I’m a mom of two young kids. I’ve always loved staying active and being outdoors, and I grew up as an athlete. These days, I spend most of my time balancing motherhood and family life while trying to squeeze in time for myself to stay healthy and energized.
After having my second child, I found myself at my heaviest weight and barely recognizing the person I saw in the mirror. I was exhausted, unmotivated, and struggling with confidence. My physical health was impacting my mental well-being, making it harder to manage my mood disorder and keep up with my kids. I wanted to feel strong and energized again, but I didn’t know where to start.
I tried meal prepping on my own, thinking I could just go back to what worked before having kids. But nothing stuck. I’d often make excuses, fall off track, and lose motivation when I didn’t see quick results.
It was so frustrating to feel like I was constantly failing. I’d try to eat healthier or get back to working out, but I never stuck with it long enough to see real progress. The scale wasn’t moving, my clothes didn’t fit any better, and I felt trapped in a cycle of starting and stopping. I wanted to change, but I didn’t know how to stay consistent or where to turn for real guidance.
CSF was different because it wasn’t just about giving me a plan — it was about teaching me how to follow it and adapt it to my life. The accountability from Coach Adam, the focus on balance (not perfection), and the support I received made all the difference. The CSF app also helped me visualize my progress, track my nutrition, and stay motivated with tangible results.
About 8 to 12 weeks into the program, everything started to click. I saw huge changes in my body, my energy levels, and how my clothes were fitting. I was finally feeling like myself again — strong, confident, and motivated. People started noticing, which was a great confidence boost, but the real win was how much better I felt physically and mentally. My depression lifted, and I started looking forward to activities like taking my kids to the park or hitting the gym regularly.
Life looks completely different now; I’m down 51 pounds, and 25% body fat! I feel stronger and more confident than I have in years. I’ve fallen back in love with working out, my sleep has improved, and I have the energy to keep up with my kids. Most importantly, I feel like I’ve regained control of my physical (and mental) health.
Three specific things I learned while working with CSF that made a significant impact are:
- The power of SMART goals: Setting small, attainable steps helped me stay on track and build momentum.
- The importance of tracking, and consistency: Logging my food and paying attention to calories, and macros made a HUGE difference in understanding how to fuel my body.
- The value of accountability: Having someone to coach, guide and support me kept me focused, even when things got tough.
If I hadn’t worked with CSF, I’d probably still be stuck in that same cycle of frustration and self-doubt. I wouldn’t have the energy or confidence I do now, and I’d still be struggling to keep up with my kids and take care of myself.
If you’re on the fence, just do it! It’s not about being perfect; it’s about committing to yourself and trusting the process. CSF will give you the tools, support, and guidance you need to make lasting changes. You won’t regret it!
