I’m from Albuquerque, NM, now living in Mesa, AZ. As an aircraft mechanic working towards becoming a pilot, I spent years focused on my career and family, neglecting my health. I loved adrenaline-packed activities like dirt biking and skydiving, but I realized I wasn’t in shape to enjoy them anymore. Most importantly, I wanted to be healthy for my wife and daughter, but I felt like I was losing control of my body.

Before CSF, I kept gaining weight and couldn’t find a routine or diet that worked. I tried different approaches but felt frustrated and stuck. I hated looking in the mirror, seeing how out of shape I’d become, and feeling like I was losing control of my health.

I never committed to any real program. I’d jump from one diet to the next, or just try to eat less by drastically cutting calories. But nothing ever stuck, and I always ended up back where I started, feeling more frustrated and defeated.

The more I tried, the more frustrated I became. My beer belly kept growing, and my weight hit the highest it had ever been. I felt like I was stuck in a never-ending cycle—making some progress, but it was always temporary. I’d end up right back where I started, feeling defeated and overwhelmed.

CSF offered a clear, simple path that made sense. It wasn’t about overwhelming me with drastic changes all at once. Instead, it felt like a sustainable lifestyle shift—something that would lead to lasting results rather than another quick fix that would fade.”

For me, the turning point came when I started feeling better. It got easier to make healthier choices, and I noticed real, lasting changes in my day-to-day life. Unlike before, the results weren’t just temporary—they were sticking, and I was starting to feel like the old me again.

My weight is the lowest it’s been in over 10 years. I can finally look in the mirror and feel proud of the body I see. I’m eating healthy regularly, getting consistent exercise, and overall, I just feel better about myself and my life.

I learned that slow, consistent changes lead to better results than quick, inconsistent fixes. It’s about progress, not perfection, and I realized that it’s not just about WHAT you eat, but HOW MUCH you eat that makes the biggest difference!

I started with CSF at my heaviest—240 lbs. Now, I’m down to 195, a weight I haven’t seen since high school. My body fat dropped from 31% to under 17%. I can now run 5Ks in under 45 minutes, something I couldn’t even imagine doing before CSF.

If I hadn’t decided to work with CSF and Coach Adam, I’d probably be even heavier and more out of shape. Every time I looked in the mirror, I’d feel more defeated and unhappy with myself.

If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a try! What do you have to lose? I wasn’t sure anything would change or if I could achieve what I have, but CSF exceeded my expectations. I’ve not only seen results, but I’m still learning and improving every day.
