I am a born and raised Arizonan and have lived in small towns my whole life. I am a special education teacher and I have the most amazing husband! I grew up playing sports and living an active lifestyle, but like a lot of adults, life and responsibility took over. Getting back to feeling strong, confident, and athletic again has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Once the responsibilities of life took over, I slowly drifted away from the healthy, active lifestyle I used to have. The weight crept on, and I found myself stuck in the same cycle of losing and regaining the same 10 pounds over and over. I’d go “all in” during the week, then undo it all on the weekends. I told myself I’d start again on Monday… every Monday. Deep down, I knew I was working hard, but I wasn’t working smart, and it was exhausting.

I tried it all… keto, intermittent fasting, every trendy diet that promised quick results. Some worked for a while, but nothing ever stuck because I didn’t have the structure, accountability, or education to make it last. What I really needed was a coach who could teach me how to fuel my body and live a lifestyle I could sustain.

It was frustrating to feel like I was giving my best effort but getting nowhere. I obsessed over the scale, labeled foods as “good” or “bad,” and constantly felt like I was failing. Deep down, I knew something was missing. I just didn’t know what it was or how to fix it.

CSF taught me balance… real balance. There were no “good” or “bad” foods, no weekday rules and weekend guilt. My coach helped me create structure without restriction and taught me how to plan for success while still enjoying life. For the first time, I wasn’t on a diet. I was learning a lifestyle I could actually live with.

The moment I knew CSF was working was when tracking my macros stopped feeling like a diet and started feeling effortless, just part of my lifestyle. My energy was up, the scale was trending down, my body composition was changing, and I was performing better in the gym. I could see and feel myself becoming the strong, confident version of me I’d been missing.

Now, meal prep is something I actually look forward to. I’m excited about the food I make each week because it’s food I want to eat, not “diet food.” I enjoy the things I love without guilt, I feel in control, and I’ve fallen back in love with fitness again. It’s not a chore anymore. It’s part of who I am.

Three of the biggest lessons I’ve learned from CSF are:

  1. I can eat anything I want, just not everything. I don’t have to cut out the foods I love to make progress.
  2. The scale isn’t the only measure of success. I’ve learned to celebrate strength, energy, and consistency just as much as the numbers.
  3. Fluctuations are normal. The scale goes up and down, but that doesn’t mean I’m failing. It means I’m human.

Since starting with CSF, I’ve accomplished things I never thought I’d do again… or ever! I’ve competed in a CrossFit competition (with two more coming up), finished multiple Spartan races and sprint triathlons, completed a half-marathon, and hit a lifelong goal of doing a strict pull-up.

Beyond the numbers, even though I’ve dropped over 24 pounds and 12% body fat, the biggest win is how I feel. I’ve healed my relationship with food and my body, built confidence I didn’t know I was missing, and truly feel the strongest I’ve ever been.

Without CSF, I’d still be spinning my wheels… stuck in that same cycle of restriction, frustration, and disappointment. I’d still be trying to “start over” every Monday, chasing the same 10 pounds, instead of finally moving forward. CSF gave me the structure, support, and mindset shift I needed to break free from that loop for good.

CSF is truly an investment in yourself… one that pays off in every area of your life. You won’t just learn how to eat or train; you’ll learn how to live in a way that’s balanced, confident, and sustainable. If you’ve ever felt stuck doing “all the right things” without seeing results, this program will show you how to finally make it work… for good.
