I’m just a girl trying to live healthy and happy in this crazy world. I adventure with my fiancé, my 9-year-old son, and my dog. I’m also an online nutrition and fitness coach and personal trainer. I love longboarding, golf, working out, tacos, and cheesecake.

I was doing what I knew, using my own services and everything I’d learned through school and experience, but I didn’t have the accountability or precision I needed from a good coach.

I was stuck and couldn’t mentally get out of my own way. I was gaining weight and didn’t feel proud of or comfortable in my own body.

I couldn’t stick with it for very long and just kept getting frustrated with myself. Then the self-doubt crept in… and after that, self sabotage. Skipping workouts. Binge-eating. You name it. It was exhausting and really frustrating.

What I liked right away was how specific and scientific Adam was with my numbers, my body stats, macros, and calories.

I also appreciated that the focus wasn’t just on fat loss, but on getting my habits right and my metabolism in a good place first, and then building after that. It made sense.

The results came fast, and the plan was easy to follow. I felt it almost immediately and was so excited about how quickly the weight started coming off. Honestly, I thought it would take way longer based on my own experiences.

Now I’m 14 pounds lighter and have been maintaining it. Most of my clothes are too big… even my undergarments. I haven’t been this size since before I had my son nine years ago.

I feel small, like this is the size I’m actually supposed to be. I feel confident and proud of my body.

Along the way, there are a few specific things I’ve learned that really stuck with me:

  1. Pre log your food. Every day. Like Adam says… “Eat what you track, don’t track what you eat.”
  2. Eat less protein in maintenance. I was always taught to eat all the protein, but in reality, it was overkill for me.
  3. Eat three times your body weight in grams of fruits and vegetables every day. It’s such an easy way to make sure my body is getting what it needs so it can do what I want it to do.

I’ve had wins every single week. It’s honestly hard to remember them all. Like I said, my clothes are all too big now. My stomach fat finally shrunk, and when I look down, I see my thighs, not my belly.

I’ve got legit arm definition. I have room on either side of me in my car seat when I drive. I went from a Lululemon size 6 to a size 4.

The last time I was at this weight was before I had my son, Deacon!

When I wash my face, I can actually feel how much smaller it is. People I know (and even people I don’t know but see at the gym) have commented on how good I look. I’m not constantly shifting in my seat trying to cover my belly after a meal anymore.

I used to get anxiety packing food for road trips. Now I can do it in my sleep and don’t lose progress just because I’m going out of town.

I’ve injured myself and had to skip workouts during this journey. I’ve had days when I binged way over my calories. I’ve had days when my mental health was in the gutter, and I still made all the progress I wanted and then some.

My body fat percentage went from 32% to 22%… holy eff!

This program helped me prioritize myself in a way that actually worked while still living my life, running my business, and being there for my family.

If I hadn’t decided to work with CSF, I’d still be overweight, spinning my wheels, and beating myself up. I wouldn’t be setting the example I want to for my clients, and I’d still feel really uncomfortable in my own body.

If you’re on the fence about CSF… f**king do it! You will not regret it.
