Here’s what to do next:

    1. Know your height
    2. Record your current weight
    3. Use a soft (tailors) tape Measure to measure the following
      • Waist
        • Men – measure horizontally, at the level of the navel.
        • Women – measure horizontally, at the smallest part of the waist
      • Neck – over the Adam’s apple
      • Hip – around the widest part of the buttock and hip with heels together
    4. Download My Fitness Pal app and create an account
    5. Fill out the form below (7-10 minutes)
    6. You’re all set!
