- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla Mission brand
- 3 oz Rotisserie Chicken Breast skinless, shredded
- 20 grams Frozen Fire Roasted Corn Kernels bagged, Trader Joe's brand or your favorite. You can sub regular frozen corn kernels.
- 30 grams Canned Black Beans Drained. Bush's brand or your favorite.
- 15 grams Romaine Lettuce Blend With Carrots Bagged salad mix. Dole brand or your favorite
- 30 grams Bolthouse Farms Ranch Found in the refrigerated produce section at most major grocery stores
- 15 grams Barbecue Sauce Cali Gold flavor. Kinder's Brand or sub your favorite
- 14 grams Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese any brand
Place frozen corn in a bowl and microwave on High for 20-30 seconds or until thawed.
Open and drain the can of beans and add them to the bowl of corn.
Add the shredded chicken, lettuce, ranch and barbecue sauce to the bowl.
Next, add the shredded cheese and mix ingredients with a spoon until everything is coated in sauce.
Place 1/2 of the mixture onto the tortilla and roll while folding the ends in to make a wrap.
You can eat the remaining 1/2 of the chicken mixture on the side or make another wrap with an additional tortilla. Be sure to log the additional tortilla separately. ENJOY!
NOTES: The whole wheat tortilla is small therefore some chicken mixture will remain. The recipe and nutrition information includes ALL of the mixture and one tortilla.
