Servings: 1 person
Calories: 465cal

Ingredients

  • 32 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Powder Dotfit Brand (1 serving)
  • 240 ml 2% Low Fat Milk Fairlife Brand (1 cup)
  • 110 grams Low Fat Cottage Cheese 2% Milkfat, Shamrock Farms brand or your favorite
  • 120 grams Canned Pumpkin Puree 100% pure pumpkin. Libby's brand or your favorite.
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon More or less to taste
  • 15 ml Pure maple syrup Any brand
  • 2 packets Stevia In the raw Or any no calorie sweetener. Optional - only add if you like your smoothie to be sweeter

Instructions

  • NOTES: For a thick smoothie, it is recommended that you freeze the pumpkin puree before making it. I like to place separate, individual servings of pumpkin puree into baggies and freeze them as I would with bananas. This will take your smoothie from good to great!
  • Pour the milk into a blender.
  • Add the whey protein powder, spices, and stevia to the milk.
  • Next, add the cottage cheese and frozen pumpkin puree to the blender.
  • Add the maple syrup followed by a cup of ice.
  • Place the lid onto the blender and mix on high speed until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and ENJOY!
