- Cilantro 2 grams
- Red onion 20 grams
- Spike Seasoning 2 grams (can be found at most grocery stores and health food stores)
- Low Fat Cottage Cheese 110 grams
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Smash avocado in a bowl
