  • Avocado 120 grams
  • Cilantro 2 grams
  • Red onion 20 grams
  • Spike Seasoning 2 grams (can be found at most grocery stores and health food stores)
  • Low Fat Cottage Cheese 110 grams


  • Smash avocado in a bowl
  • Chop red onion and cilantro and add to avocado
  • Add Spike and cottage cheese and stir well to combine
  • Chopped jalepeno can be added if desired
