Brandi came to us about a month before delivering her second child.  After her first, Brandi resorted to exhaustive cardio and extreme restrictive dieting to lean out. This time, she was looking for a more sustainable way to reach her pre-pregnancy form and find something that was more practical as a lifestyle long after.  Brandi’s results are remarkable and speak for themselves, but here’s what the numbers reveal: -31.4 lbs, -13.25″ from hips and waist, -15.8% body-fat!

Here’s what Brandi had to say about our program.

 My relationship with food for as long as I can remember was an unhealthy one. It was a constant pattern of restrict, binge, restrict, binge. I put big, red X’s on every food I loved – mostly deserts – which in turn, caused me to eventually give in, and eat myself into absolute misery.

Running on the treadmill was always my go-to form of exercise. The more fatigued and exhausted I was afterwards – the better off I thought I was. After having my second baby, I knew there had to be a better way to get back into shape.

Through social media I was introduced to macros and Copper State FIT. I was amazed that I could eat my ice-cream and still lose weight! I was amazed that my workouts didn’t have to be painful, long, cardio sessions. I am happy to say that I have dropped those cardio sessions, and converted to CrossFit.

Everything I do, I do at home, with just a handful of basic equipment, in 20 minutes or less. I am able to take care of myself for that time, and then be ready to give the rest of me to my husband and my kids.

The CSF program has helped me repair my relationship with food. When I eat ice-cream now, I really enjoy it, I actually taste it. Whereas before, I just shoveled it in my mouth as fast as I could right out of the carton. My nutrition is far from perfect, but then again perfection doesn’t exist. I love my workouts, love what I eat, eat what I love, and how my body is changing along the way – that is just a bonus.
