Hello! I’m from sunny Arizona and I have four wonderful children. I’m currently in the Army and my oldest child is getting ready to join the Navy. I enjoy being active by working out, hiking, camping, and off-roading.

I had been struggling to lose weight, especially around my belly, and I felt like I had tried everything from being a vegetarian to doing the Keto diet and Whole-30. I had given up all hope and thought my body would always stay the same.

However, when I started working with my coach (Dana) at Copper State FIT, she pointed out that I wasn’t eating enough of the right things, and I didn’t have a consistent schedule for meals. With her help, I quickly started seeing results; losing both pounds and inches.

I lost a total of 22 pounds and 15.5 inches by creating healthy eating habits. I discovered that I could still enjoy carbohydrates in my diet and did not have to restrict myself or rely on recipes with hard-to-find ingredients.

I believe that if it weren’t for my coach and Copper State FIT, I would be in a worse place than when I started. If you’re considering giving it a try, I recommend committing to at least six months and focusing on measurements, not just the scale.
